Job summary

Studs in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a part-time Studio Supervisor (hourly $17) to open and close the Studio, lead floor activities, and ensure a consistent customer and brand experience. This is a non-managerial role that requires maturity, ownership, and leadership by example, with the ability to operate independently and make sound judgments.

• Experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently
• Professional, reliable, and customer-facing demeanor

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures procedures are completed
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and Studio upkeep
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results
• Acts as a floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing and Studio cleanliness
• Delivers exceptional service and educates customers on the Studs experience
• Supports service recovery and escalates customer concerns as needed
• Maintains a welcoming, consistent customer journey aligned with service expectations
• Sets an example for professionalism, inclusion, and accountability
• Provides real-time feedback to teammates and reinforces company values
