Job summary

The Studio Supervisor at Studs in Bloomington, MN oversees daily Studio operations, opening and closing, and acts as a floor leader during peak periods to deliver consistent service and brand experience.

This non-managerial role requires maturity, ownership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends and holidays. Hourly rate is $18.50.

Qualifications

• Experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations.
• Available to work up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Weekend availability required (Fri–Sun).
• Full-time employees must prioritize Studs as their primary employment commitment.
• Proven professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in a customer-facing environment.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours and lift/move at least 20 lbs.
• Comfortable handling chemicals safely and following health, safety, and compliance protocols.
• Confident operating solo and taking ownership of floor leadership responsibilities when assigned.
• Brings a positive attitude, receives feedback well, and contributes to a collaborative, service-oriented team culture.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and follows opening/closing procedures.
• Supports daily visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations and Studio cleanliness.
• Delivers exceptional service and educates customers on Studs experience.
• Supports service recovery and escalates customer concerns as needed.
• Ensures warm, welcoming and consistent customer journey.
• Provides real-time feedback and supports teammates; maintains professionalism, inclusion and accountability.
• Reinforces company values and contributes to a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
