The role emphasizes leadership by example in a non-managerial capacity, ensuring brand standards are followed during open/close and peak periods. The Studio Supervisor will manage floor presence, assist with merchandising, and uphold safety and cleanliness while delivering consistent service aligned with Studs’ values.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations.
• Available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Up to 29 hours per week, with weekend availability.
• Standing for long periods and able to lift 20 lbs.
• Follow safety, health, and brand standards.
• Lead floor during shifts with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently.
• Lead floor during shifts to balance sales and service.
• Maintain visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate on Studs experience.
• Uphold safety, brand standards and cleanliness.
