Studs in Charleston, SC is seeking a part-time Studio Supervisor to support daily Studio operations and serve as a trusted keyholder and frontline leader. The hourly rate is $17, with no managerial duties, but ownership and leadership by example are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays (with approved time off).
• Reliably attend work up to 29 hours per week in line with local laws.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as a floor leader during shifts to deliver sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations and cleanliness.
