Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations responsibilities.
• Availability to work flexible schedule up to 5 days per week, including weekends.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting at least 20 lbs.

• Open and close the Studio independently, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Support daily execution of visual merchandising and studio upkeep.
• Deliver exceptional service and support service recovery.
