Job summary

Studs in Charleston, SC is seeking a Studio Supervisor to oversee daily Studio operations on a part-time basis. The role emphasizes leadership on the floor, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Studio Supervisor will manage opening/closing, assist with merchandising and restocks, and guide the team to achieve sales and service goals while upholding Studs’ brand experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent opening/closing responsibilities.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work up to 29 hours per week.
• Proven professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift/move up to 20 lbs.
• Comfort with handling chemicals and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and completes opening/closing procedures.
• Supports visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensures compliance with safety and brand standards for piercing and cleanliness.
• Delivers warm, knowledgeable service and educates customers on the Studs experience.
