Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Manager, FS&A, Games in Los Angeles to lead analytical work supporting decision making for the Gaming division. You will drive quantitative analyses, develop dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into strategic actions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in analytics, strong communication, and a passion for gaming. MBA and gaming experience are highly valued; fluency with Excel/PowerPoint and SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a highly analytical role, ideally in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
• Gaming experience, especially mobile, is strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in Netflix IP and media broadly.
• Experience directing quantitative analyses and qualitative studies to drive insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leaders.
• Outstanding writing and data storytelling abilities.
• Self-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Quant-focused degree and MBA are valuable; gaming passion helps.
• Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint; Google Suite is a plus.
• Nice to have: Scene, SQL, Data.ai, Sensor Pinnacle.

Responsibilities

• Plan valuation analyses (modeling, scenario tests) to inform decisions.
• Create compelling presentations highlighting key data insights.
• Lead market research and competitive trend analyses for executives.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to develop metrics and dashboards.
• Work with gaming leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Develop and advocate strategies to enable informed leadership decisions.
