Job summary

Netflix in Los Angeles seeks a Director to lead FP&A for its Film business, partnering with Film leadership to oversee short- and long-range planning for live-action and animated slates.

The ideal candidate brings strategic finance leadership, strong budgeting/forecasting experience, and a track record of building high‑performing teams with clear executive communication.

The role reports to the VP of Content FP&A and offers a market-based package including stock options and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
• Experience in FP&A, management consulting, or strategic finance in tech, media or entertainment.
• MBA a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Film FP&A team.
• Oversee the forecast and long-range plan for the Film organization.
• Partner with Film Leadership and Strategy to align plans with business goals.
• Design scalable forecasting and reporting workflows for Content teams.
• Develop financial KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and scenario planning to support initiatives.
