Job Summary

This role is the primary point of contact supporting senior leadership in all areas of financial planning and analysis. The finance leadership relies on our Financial Planning & Analysis groups to continuously forecast, analyze, and provide strategic insight that informs critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support short‑term and long‑term P&L forecasts.
• Support key components of the organization’s cash‑flow projections.
• Build compelling presentations that summarize this information and partner with decision makers for senior Netflix stakeholders.
• Conduct financial situation analyses to assist senior leaders’ day‑to‑day navigation.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Preferred experience in media, board consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 accounting.
• Demonstrated history of leading large financial analysis efforts and translating that analysis into recommendations.
• Results driven to meet and exceed business demands of senior business leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate the highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
• Experience directing both quantitative and qualitative financial analysis for at least 2+ years.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and complex financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (preferred).
• Four‑year college education with a quantitative major, ideally Business, Finance, or Engineering.
