Job summary
Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager on the Finance & Strategy team in Los Gatos to lead analytics for GenAI tooling investments, ROI framing, and reporting. You will translate fast-moving data into a clear narrative for senior leadership and support vendor negotiations with legal, procurement, and product teams.
You will build an analytical framework for evaluating general-purpose and domain-specific use cases, develop dashboards, mentor two associates, and help drive decisions on spend,
Qualifications
- Strong track record of critical thinking and independent analysis.
- 8-10 years of analytical experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building models from incomplete data.
- Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of Tableau.
- Experience with vendor negotiation, procurement, or commercial deal analysis.
- Solid understanding of product and technology concepts and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree with quantitative emphasis.
- Bonus: familiarity with GenAI/LLM tooling and pricing models.
Responsibilities
- Support ROI framework for GenAI spend and productivity.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for GenAI adoption and cost.
- Model vendor negotiation scenarios with legal, procurement, and product teams.
- Create analytical framework for general-purpose and domain-specific use cases.
- Lead a phased measurement framework to demonstrate productivity gains.
- Translate data into a narrative for senior leadership.
- Refine financial models for tooling spend and adoption growth.
- Partner with functional leaders to interpret spend and productivity data.
