Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Dana Point studio. You will drive membership sales, oversee front-of-house operations, and support staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role requires strong sales and leadership abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to manage events, inventory, and marketing efforts in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates.
• Ability to drive revenue: memberships, retail, private training bookings, enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive & increase membership & retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and personnel.
• Ensure studio products stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make high-level customer service decisions.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and lead by example.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Adhere to all company policies, including at-will employment.
