Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people, programs, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for all members and guests.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly present membership options.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to drive growth.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation.
• Process sales transactions in line with company policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio activations.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment in line with brand standards.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities.
