Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred (0–1 year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospective members, and guests.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation and records.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities.
• Communicate membership options and answer questions about programs and services.
• Drive membership growth through outreach, follow-ups and lead generation.
• Build relationships in the local community to increase brand awareness and new business opportunities.
