Job summary

Buckle at SanTan Village in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help create the best shopping experience for guests. The role combines sales, merchandising, and daily operations with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and coach Teammates.

You will greet guests, recommend merchandise, maintain displays, process transactions, and ensure excellent service across the floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Experience in customer service and merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and coach Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales generation and guest service, greeting guests and advising on merchandise.
• Help manage daily operations including checkout, displays, and store cleanliness.
• Support recruitment and training of Teammates, and participate in leadership actions.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and loss prevention.
