Job summary

Austin Fitness Group (AFG) in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Fitness Sales Associate to support front-line operations and deliver an outstanding member experience. You will be the primary touchpoint for prospective and current members, guiding them through membership options and services.

The role requires a service-oriented mindset, strong communication, and the drive to meet sales goals while maintaining a welcoming studio environment. Reports to the Studio Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred (0–1 year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete member documentation using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate membership options.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
• Build relationships within the local community to grow membership.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio events.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Communicate with members across in-person, phone, email, and text.
• Process sales transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Uphold exceptional customer service and core values.
