Austin Fitness Group (AFG) is seeking a Fitness Sales Associate in Langhorne, PA to support front-line studio operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will confidently share the brand story, drive membership sales, and foster relationships to support retention, reporting to the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities include conducting studio tours, communicating membership options, processing sales transactions, and assisting with marketing initiatives and community events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred (0–1 year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests.
• Accurately complete and maintain all required member documentation and records.
• Conduct studio tours, clearly communicate membership options.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals by outreach and follow-ups.
• Support marketing initiatives and community events at the studio.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented studio environment.
• Communicate effectively across in-person, phone, email, and text.
