Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for part-time hours to grow our member base and deliver an outstanding studio experience. You will drive memberships, support members, and promote BODYBAR’s vibe alongside a fun, motivated team.

Responsibilities include owning the sales process, building relationships, hitting daily goals, and representing the brand at local events. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Positive, high energy attitude and personality.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Must be 18+.

Who We’re Looking For

BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours (including early morning, evening and weekend shifts), reporting to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• Retail and/or fitness sales experience preferred
