Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for a part-time role at our Littleton studio. You will drive membership sales, assist members, and create a welcoming, dynamic studio experience.

Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will join a fun, motivated team and enjoy perks including a complimentary BODYBAR Pilates membership, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training as the brand grows.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Strong comfort level selling memberships and retail.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Some College preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you"re all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
