BODYBAR Pilates is expanding and seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience in Fort Worth, TX. In this part-time role, you’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life alongside a motivated team.

You’ll be expected to generate memberships and retail sales, maintain exceptional member relations, and represent the brand at local events.

Qualifications

• Must be goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness and able to deliver a friendly, high-energy studio experience.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
