Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates - Hauppauge is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an exceptional studio experience. You will drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—working with a fun, motivated team in a part-time role with flexible hours.

You’ll generate leads, nurture relationships, and help push bookings, memberships, and retail sales while representing BODYBAR at local events and maintaining an engaging studio atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be goal‑oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness and providing an exceptional studio experience.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you’re all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
