Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience in Tampa and Riverview. You’ll drive memberships, assist members, and embody the BODYBAR vibe in the community.

This part-time role reports to the Studio Manager. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, fluent in English, with strong communication, weekend availability, sales experience, and proficiency with computers and studio software.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication in-person, phone, and email.
• Goal-oriented with ability to generate memberships and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process: generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals from bookings to outreach and membership sales.
• Be a brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow our community presence.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role, reporting to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Passionate about fitness
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Weekend availability
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• Comfortable making phone calls
• Sales experience is required
• Some college preferred
