Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to help grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life alongside a fun, motivated team.

This is a part-time role reporting to the Studio Manager. The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, weekend availability, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Some college preferred.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow our community presence.
• Stay organized and efficient by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Passionate about fitness
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Weekend availability
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• Comfortable making phone calls
• Sales experience is required
• Some college preferred
