Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates - Chandler is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an exceptional studio experience. You will drive membership sales, welcome guests, and support members with a proactive, friendly approach.

The role is part-time with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, passionate about fitness, and comfortable using studio software and computers to log interactions and bookings.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness and customer service.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—bookings, outreach, and membership sales, focusing on results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow studio presence.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
