Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates - Ahwatukee is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver a standout studio experience. You will drive the sales process, greet members, and convert interest into memberships while upholding BODYBAR's energetic vibe.

You’ll build relationships through friendly, proactive communication, manage bookings, and represent the brand at local events. A high school diploma is required; some college is a plus. Flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process: generate leads, follow up, convert interest to memberships.
• Build relationships with members through proactive communication and support.
• Hit daily goals: bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Represent BODYBAR at local events and grow brand presence.
• Keep bookings and interactions logged accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe before and after class.
