Ware Malcomb seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver innovative design projects through all phases. You will lead internal and external teams, manage budgets and work plans, and oversee contract document development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture and related fields.
• Diverse commercial project experience (Industrial, office, retail).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project/Office suite and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate complete contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction documents.
• Prepare the project schedule and monitor progress.
• Discuss project health with operations leadership.
• Escalate changes to office leadership as needed.
• Maintain and update the project planner for staffing reviews.
• Issue add services and manage scope during projects.
• Coordinate with design resources and consultants.
• Provide site visits, shop drawing reviews, and construction services.
• Coordinate with contracts team for contract execution.
• Represent Ware Malcomb at design review meetings and presentations.
• Assemble consultant teams, manage fees, and facilitate contracts.
• Mentor junior project members and support senior leadership.
