Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Project Manager to deliver innovative design projects across all phases for diverse clients. You will lead internal and external teams, manage budgets, and oversee contract documents, serving as the primary client contact to ensure project success.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with consultants, and adherence to design and construction processes across multiple project types.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architecture experience with multifamily projects.
• Experience leading projects and teams across phases.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate phases of the project (Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Document, Construction services).
• Preparation of project schedules.
• Discuss project health with operations leader (administrative and technical).
• Coordinate with contracts team for successful contract execution and consultants.
• Represent Ware Malcomb at design review or development approval meetings when required.
