Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing corporate, workplace, retail and/or commercial interior design projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or related field.
• Licensed Architect or in licensure process.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish as project leader.
• Lead internal and external teams and adhere to budgets and workplans.
• Oversee development of contract documents and provide construction services.
• Primary client contact and liaison with consultants and representatives.
• Coordinate local, county, state, and federal code searches and analyses.
• Ensure financial success of projects.
• Mentor, train, and lead assigned team members.
• Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.
