Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Project Manager to deliver innovative design projects for diverse clients, leading internal and external teams and overseeing budgets and workplans through all design phases.

You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring excellent service and project success while coordinating contract documents and consultant teams across industrial, office, and retail spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of architecture experience across commercial projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project phases from concept to construction.
• Lead internal and external teams and manage budgets and workplans.
• Maintain and update the project planner; discuss project health with leadership.
• Issue add services and obtain approvals for scope changes.
• Coordinate consultants and contracts to ensure successful execution.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development activities.
• Coordinate accounting on projects, including invoices and payments.
• Review contract documents with QC and project architects prior to issuance.
