Job summary

Ware Malcomb is hiring a Project Manager to deliver innovative design projects from concept through construction. You will lead internal and external teams, manage budgets, and ensure contract documents are developed to meet client needs.

You’ll serve as the primary client contact and guide project teams through multiple design phases. The role requires 7+ years in architecture, strong design delivery skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture.
• Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, and/or retail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external teams, manage budgets and workplans.
• Oversee development of contract documents and client communications.
• Coordinate all project phases from design to construction services.
• Maintain project schedule and weekly staffing discussions.
• Collaborate with contracts team and manage consultant coordination.
• Represent firm in design review or development meetings when required.
• Mentor junior project members and support business development.
