Job summary

Ensis Corp's client, a California-based leading AEC firm in OC, seeks a Studio Project Coordinator to support senior leaders and PMs. This onsite role focuses on keeping fast-paced projects moving, maintaining documents, and ensuring smooth operations in a design-driven studio.

You will coordinate and track multiple architecture projects from start to finish, support proposals, prepare RFPs and fee memos, and organize contracts and correspondence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in project coordination or admin support in AEC.
• Proven project management capabilities and multitasking.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple architecture projects from start to finish.
• Support proposal efforts and help format, edit, and finalize deliverables.
• Prepare and issue RFPs, subconsultant agreements, and fee memos.
• Organize and maintain key project documents, including contracts and correspondence.
• Attend project meetings and document action items and outcomes.
• Manage project trackers, logs, and SharePoint templates.
• Provide general admin and scheduling support to PMs and senior staff.
