Job summary

Ensis Corp in Orange County, CA seeks three Project Managers to join its studios. Roles emphasize technical execution and production across high-end amenity and interior projects, with CA PM overseeing construction. Onsite only in Central Orange County.

Candidates should have 10+ years in Architecture PM, strong leadership and coordination, and CA experience for CA PM. Multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use or amenity project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from Design Development through Construction Administration.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and project coordination.
• Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including interiors, consultants, and engineers.
• Oversee project documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, site visits, and consultant coordination.
• Ensure quality control and production efficiency across project deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Our client, a nationally recognized AEC firm, is seeking 3 PM's to join their Orange County Studios:

The amenity roles focus heavily on the technical execution and production side of high-end amenity and interior projects, the conventional will focus on production, taking projects from Design to CA & the CA PM oversees the construction process.

NOTE

• Fully Onsite in Central Orange County – Hybrid or Remote not available
• 10+ years of relevant experience required
• Interior architecture / interiors experience required for amenities positions
• Multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use or amenity project experience preferred
• CA experience required for the CA PM
