Job summary

A+E Global Media is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Head of Production and scripted teams across development to post. You will manage schedules, travel, payments, and cross‑department workflows in a fast‑paced environment.

You will serve as a central hub coordinating with Creative, Finance, Legal, and external partners, maintaining records in Airtable and Box, and ensuring timely updates and precise documentation for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Local to the L.A. area and office presence in Century City 3–4 days a week.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to the Head of Production and scripted team.
• Manage high-volume calendars and coordinate executive meetings across departments.
• Coordinate weekly Studio P-Report reminders and track updates in spreadsheets.
• Prepare travel itineraries and manage expenses in line with policy.
• Oversee production asset and document management across Box and Scenechronize.
