Job summary

TeamPeople, a division of System One, is seeking a diligent Production Coordinator to act as a liaison between internal Production Department, clients, and external partners. You will assist in intake, schedules, resources, and administrative functions from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff and client schedules, sending call sheets, tracking milestones, and maintaining media assets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Video/Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field is required.
• 2+ years office administration, communications, or exec assistant experience preferred.
• Experience as a production assistant on-set in the video/film/advertising industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff and client schedules, project timelines, and pre-production meetings.
• Send crew call sheets and shoot instructions to crew.
• Generate weekly production status reports for current and upcoming projects.
• Assist with maintenance and organization of digital media assets and equipment inventory.
• Create timely production planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Provide high level service to clients in a proactive, creative, and professional manner.
• Conduct client asset administration including taxonomy and data entry for final assets.
• Assist with studio and location shoots and local travel as needed.
