You will bridge Finance, Legal, Creative, and external partners, ensuring timely communication and accurate workflows from development through post. Hybrid in‑office schedule with LA presence required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Local to LA and able to work from Century City 3–4 days a week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Airtable and Scenechronize; familiar with on-set paperwork.
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Head of Production and scripted team.
• Manage high-volume calendars and coordinate executive-level meetings across departments and time zones.
• Coordinate travel logistics and payment processing for production needs.
• Maintain production documentation in Airtable and Box, ensuring accurate records.
• Support studio meetings, vetting, and note-taking with clear action items.
