We’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful Production Coordinator to support our growing slate of projects. This role is central to keeping productions running smoothly - from coordinating crews across the country to helping source talent and ensuring clear communication between clients and our internal post‑production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and fulfill crew requests for shoots nationwide, including sourcing, booking, and logistics
• Create and distribute production documents (call sheets, schedules, etc.)
• Research, vet, and book talent for various FAST channels
• Assist with QCing podcast edits
• Collaborate with editors and producers to ensure audio/video podcast content meets platform requirements
• Serve as a communication bridge between clients and our in‑house post‑production team to keep projects on track
• Assist producers with day‑to‑day tasks and production needs as they arise
• Maintain organized records of bookings, contacts, and project details
• Support basic budget tracking, invoices, and expenses

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in production coordination or similar role
• Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
