Aquent Talent in New York is seeking a Production Studio Coordinator to be the operations hub of our state-of-the-art studio, managing bookings, coordinating resources, and ensuring a best-in-class production experience from concept to delivery. You will lead studio operations, supervise assistants, partner with equipment managers, and deliver clean, invoice-ready financial records.

A related field degree and strong communication are essential; experience with booking systems and data reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in studio management or production operations.
• Ability to synthesize datasets into actionable insights for planning.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint to create engaging reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage all studio bookings and scheduling for optimal utilization.
• Communicate confirmations and changes to clients and teams.
• Operate WebCheckout to track activity and optimize workspace.
• Produce quarterly scorecards and utilization reports.
• Lead production assistants and coordinate staffing.
• Bridge cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate end-to-end equipment workflow and maintenance.
• Oversee facility logistics, inventory, and safety/compliance.
• Manage site logistics including freight and COI compliance.
