We Whiten in Plano, TX seeks a Studio Partner to conduct in-person client consultations, diagnose needs, present packages and close sales with financing options. You will run a sales-driven studio, leveraging provided leads and a proven process to build trust and convert clients.

You will also upsell, follow up with leads, track performance metrics and deliver sessions with paid training. This role offers uncapped commissions and growth in a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C sales or service-based industries.
• Comfortable meeting clients in person and handling objections.
• Motivated by performance-based pay and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Close: run in-person consults and sell packages to booked clients with financing options.
• Upsell: move clients from single sessions into packages, upgrades and retail.
• Follow up: nurture pipeline, no-shows, cancellations and past clients.
• Rebook: turn first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals.
• Track: monitor close rate, average ticket and rebook rate.
• Deliver: perform the session; paid training provided; no experience needed.
