Responsibilities

• Close: run in-person consults, sell packages and present financing options
• Upsell: move clients from single sessions into packages, upgrades and retail
• Follow up: manage pipeline of leads, no-shows, canceled appointments and past clients
• Rebook: convert first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals
• Track: monitor close rate, average ticket and rebook rate and improve them
• Deliver: perform the session (paid training provided, no experience needed) and keep the studio client-ready
