Job summary

We Whiten is hiring a Sales Studio Partner in Austin, TX. You will run one-on-one, in-person consultations with clients who have already expressed interest, diagnose needs, present the right packages, handle objections, and close the deal. This is a fully onsite role with uncapped commissions and paid training.

Expect to follow a proven sales process, upsell into packages, and manage your own pipeline including no-shows and past clients. Relocation to a market may be required.

Qualifications

• You have B2C and commission-driven sales experience.
• You are comfortable asking for the sale in person and handling objections.
• You stay motivated by measurable outcomes and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Close: conduct in-person consultations with booked clients and sell packages.
• Upsell: move clients from single sessions to packages and higher-value options.
• Follow up: nurture pipeline of leads, no-shows, and past clients.
• Rebook: convert first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals.
• Track: monitor close rate, ticket size, and rebook rate and improve them.
• Deliver: perform the session; training provided; no prior experience required.
