We Whiten is seeking a Studio Partner in Katy, TX to run one-on-one client consults, diagnose needs, present the right packages, handle objections and close. The role uses fully trained processes and provides leads so you focus on selling and delivering the session.

You’ll own the numbers, track revenue and conversions, and grow with a national brand. This position rewards performance with an uncapped commission structure and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifikationen

• You have B2C and commission-driven sales experience, or the raw drive to outwork people who do

Aufgaben

• Close: run in-person consults and sell packages to booked clients with financing options
• Upsell: move clients from single sessions into packages, upgrades and retail
• Follow up: nurture leads, no-shows, cancellations and past clients so nothing slips through the cracks
• Rebook: convert first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals
• Track: monitor close rate, average ticket and rebook rate and improve them
• Deliver: perform the session (paid training provided, no experience needed) and keep the studio client-ready
