We Whiten seeks a results-driven Studio Partner in Dallas to run one-on-one consults with a hand-raised client base. You close in-person, present packages, and manage the client journey from first contact to closing the sale.

Training is provided and no prior spa management experience is required. You will own your revenue metrics, with uncapped commissions and a monthly bonus structure tied to location revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience selling high-ticket services.
• Ability to close deals in-person with clients.
• Comfortable meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Willingness to relocate or already local to the Dallas area.

Responsabilités

• Close in-person consults with booked clients and present packages.
• Upsell packages, upgrades and retail to clients.
• Follow up on leads, no-shows, and past clients to prevent drop-offs.
• Rebook first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals.
• Track close rate, average ticket, and rebook rate; act to improve them.
• Perform the session as trained and keep the studio client-ready.
