We Whiten in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Studio Partner. You will run one-on-one consults with pre-qualified clients, diagnose needs, present packages, handle objections and close in person. No cold calling; leads are provided and compensation climbs with your results.

The role is sales-driven and fully onsite. You'll manage the client journey from first contact through delivery, with uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a clear path for advancement within a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Must have B2C sales experience and ability to close in person.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections.
• Willing to relocate to Colorado Springs for the right opportunity.
• Able to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Close: conduct in-person consults and sell packages with financing options.
• Upsell: move clients into packages, upgrades and retail.
• Follow up: manage leads, no-shows, and past clients to prevent gaps.
• Rebook: convert first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals.
• Track: monitor close rate, average ticket and rebook rate.
