Job summary

We Whiten seeks a Studio Partner to run in-person consultations, diagnose client needs, present packages, handle objections and close. You'll work with booked clients in our studio, with training provided, and no cold calls.

You will own your numbers: track revenue, conversion, average client value and rebook rate, with uncapped commissions and a defined growth path in a growing national brand. This is a sales-driven operator role with full onboarding, Monday–Saturday onsite at the studio.

Qualifications

• Must have B2C and commission-driven sales experience.
• Experience selling high-ticket services or memberships is a plus.
• Comfortable with in-person sales and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Close: run in-person consults, sell packages, present financing options.
• Upsell: move clients to packages, upgrades and retail.
• Follow up: nurture leads, no-shows, and past clients.
• Rebook: convert first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals.
• Track: monitor close rate, average ticket, and rebook rate.
• Deliver: perform the session; training provided.
