Job summary

We Whiten is hiring a Studio Partner in Tucson, AZ. You will run one-on-one consults with clients who have raised their hands, diagnose needs, present packages, handle objections, and close on-site. The role emphasizes sales metrics, ownership of revenue, and a performance-driven culture.

This is a hands-on, studio-based opportunity with paid training and no cold calling. You will be expected to manage a fast-paced pipeline, upsell to packages and retail, and contribute to growth across

Qualifications

• Experience in B2C sales and closing in-person deals.
• Comfortable with commission-based pay and performance targets.
• Able to build trust quickly and handle objections in person.

Responsibilities

• Close: run in-person consults, sell packages and financing options.
• Upsell: move clients to packages, upgrades and retail.
• Follow up: manage pipeline including no-shows and reschedules.
• Rebook: turn first-time buyers into repeat clients and referrals.
• Track: monitor close rate, ticket size, and rebooking rate.
• Deliver: perform the session (paid training provided) and keep studio client-ready.
