Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing staffing across creative, strategy and account teams.
• Strong understanding of utilisation, burn and scope-to-profitability mechanics.
• Proven track record building and running a freelance bench end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day flow of people, projects and priorities across the studio.
• Own real-time capacity visibility and dashboards tracking status and pipeline.
• Set resourcing guardrails to enable scoping without constant approvals.
• Integrate AI and automation into forecasting to flag gaps early.
