Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios Technology Operations is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer to drive service delivery across the Studios. You will provide first and second tier technical support and interact with developers, executives, vendors and other support teams.

As part of TechOps, you’ll handle systems administration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation in a variety of software and hardware environments. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development or experience in technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second tier technical support across Amazon MGM Studios Technology Operations.
• Contribute to enterprise cross-functional projects and interact with software developers, executives, vendors and other support teams.
• Regular activities include systems administration, troubleshooting, issue prioritization, root cause analysis, and escalation in software/hardware environments.
• Drive execution and improvement of key service delivery processes across the content production lifecycle and global Studios organization.
