Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking an assertive, energetic Assistant Studio Manager to lead on-site operations, drive membership sales, and manage the studio during afternoon, evening, and weekend hours.

You will coordinate with the Area Manager, maintain high accountability, keep the pipeline full, and foster an exceptional in-studio culture. An optional paid Stretch Zone certification is available for interested candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/assistant management experience (fitness, wellness, health, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Proven success in consultative sales, lead follow-up, and closing memberships.
• Interest in health, wellness, kinesiology, or athletic training.
• Experience with social media content creation and local community events.
• Full availability Tue–Sat afternoon/evening/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide commanding leadership during peak evening and weekend hours.
• Oversee practitioner shift attendance and facility standards.
• Drive membership sales and consultations to convert demos to memberships.
• Plan local grassroots marketing events and manage social channels.
• Oversee daily appointment schedules and smooth shift handoffs.
• Offer optional floor coverage for qualified candidates.
