Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee district operations, financial performance, and quality standards across studios. You will lead teams, ensure stellar member experiences, and maintain Stretch Zone brand integrity.

Responsibilities include analyzing metrics, driving sales, coaching staff, and developing marketing strategies to grow the business while upholding daily operations and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in single-unit management.
• Strong sales background with proven success in previous roles.
• Ability to develop and execute a high-level business plan.
• Ability to set clear goals and accountability for achieving them.
• Ability to articulate variances in revenue/sales/expenses versus budget.
• Ability to think critically and solve unexpected problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• In-depth analysis and optimization of studio metrics.
• Lead generation and managing closing percentages.
