Stretch Zone is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in the New York area to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and guide a high-performing team.

In this role you’ll open the studio, greet members, manage check-ins, and lead by example while supporting sales goals and KPI tracking. You’ll receive base pay plus commission, paid time off, training, and opportunities to advance to Studio Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in gym or fitness studios preferred.
• Cash handling and KPI familiarity in retail sales.
• Passion for health and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the studio each day.
• Greet members by name, check in, and ensure comfort.
• Lead by example—manage schedule, phones, and tasks.
