Job summary

Sonos is seeking a Studio Coordinator to manage the new Soho studio and performance space. The role oversees daily operations, vendor relations, and guest experiences, while supporting artist residencies and brand collaborations.

This hands-on, on-site position requires 2+ years in office/studio operations, aBachelor’s or equivalent, and strong project management. Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on hospitality, safety, and creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience relevant to the role.
• 2+ years experience in an office management, event production, or studio operations role.
• Experience working within a creative team — agency, in‑house brand studio, design firm, photo/video production.
• Project management or production coordination background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio and workspace.
• Manage vendor relationships, facilities maintenance, and supply inventory.
• Handle mail, voicemails, support tickets, invoices, requisitions, and expense reports.
• Serve as on‑site safety lead and coordinate emergency procedures.
• Coordinate artist performances, hospitality, and post‑visit follow‑ups.
• Support influencer visits and brand partnerships logistics.
• Assist in sound equipment maintenance and IT/AV coordination.
• Schedule conference rooms and manage space usage.
